You are just AN OUTSTANDING REALTOR!  I have bought and sold homes for years now and I have only met one other realtor that would come anywhere near what you are….still not as good, but at least in the running! 

I just hope she is a go-getter like you and knows the ropes as well as you do.  I have bought and sold many homes and I HAVE NEVER, EVER had a real estate agent as good as you!  I’m not blowing smoke….you are good at what you do!
